Android app download
All Panel APK
Use this Android guide before installing an All Panel APK. Confirm the current app link, device readiness and browser fallback with support first. Open All Panel first if you are unsure whether you need browser login, exchange access or the Android file. For a first account, read All Panel ID before any APK install.
Open All Panel supportWhen an APK makes sense
The All Panel APK is useful when you want repeat mobile access from an Android phone and support confirms the current build. It is not the first thing to install from a random file share. Start with account confirmation and browser access, then install the app if it fits your device.
If you need exchange-specific app access, use All Panel Exchange App. This page covers the general Android app flow for All Panel users.
Safe APK checklist
- Ask for the current app linkUse the support desk instead of copied APK mirrors or forwarded files.
- Check storage and Android versionLow storage, old Android versions or interrupted downloads cause many install failures.
- Use temporary install permission onlyIf Android asks to allow installs from a browser or file manager, turn that permission off again after installation.
- Keep browser access readyBrowser login is the fallback if the app fails after install.
Install problems and what they mean
If Android says app not installed, the file may be incomplete, blocked by a duplicate old install, or incompatible with the device. If the app installs but does not open, test browser login. If browser login works, the account is likely fine and the app build or device setting needs checking.
Do not delete account information or send public screenshots while troubleshooting. Keep the issue inside the support chat and describe the exact step that fails: download, install, open, login or payment screen.
After the app opens
Do not deposit just because the app icon opens. Confirm the account screen, current access, payment method and withdrawal process first. If the app is for exchange use, confirm exchange access inside support before assuming the ID includes it.
App updates
If support says a new build is available, ask whether you should update over the old app or remove the old copy first. App update behavior can differ by Android device. Keep browser login available until the updated app is tested.
APK source checks
Ask three questions before installing any APK. Who sent the file? Is it the current build? Does support want you to use app access or browser access first? If those answers are unclear, do not install. A working browser login is safer than forcing an unconfirmed APK onto the phone.
Avoid public mirrors because they can be old, renamed or modified. Even when a file name looks correct, it may not match the current support build. The support desk should be able to confirm what you are installing and why.
Android settings that commonly block install
Low storage, interrupted downloads, blocked install permission, old duplicate app files and incorrect date or time can all stop an APK from installing. Check the simple device items first. If the file still fails, tell support the exact error rather than reinstalling repeatedly.
If Android asks for permission to install from a source, enable it only for that installation and turn it off again afterward. Leaving broad install permission active is unnecessary and weakens your phone security.
When to skip APK and use browser
Use browser access when you are on iPhone, when Android install is blocked by workplace settings, when storage is too low, or when you only need to check whether the account works. App access is convenient, but it should not block you from confirming the account itself.
How to describe an APK error
If install fails, tell support the exact Android message and when it appears. Download failed, app not installed, blocked by permission, and app opens then closes are different problems. A precise error saves time.
If you can, test the browser link before reporting the APK issue. Saying browser works but APK fails tells support the account is likely fine. Saying both browser and APK fail points back to link or account access.
What to check after app install
After install, open the app, confirm the account screen, close it, reopen it, and check whether the support chat still has the browser link. This tiny test catches most install problems before you rely on the app.
If you are using All Panel Exchange, do not stop at the app home screen. Confirm the exchange area is visible or ask support whether the ID includes it.
APK cleanup after troubleshooting
After an APK issue is fixed, remove duplicate old downloads from the phone, turn off temporary install permission, and keep the current browser link in the support chat. This reduces clutter and gives you a fallback if the app fails during a busy session.
If support sends another build later, repeat the same process instead of stacking multiple files. One current app and one browser fallback is easier to manage than several old APK copies.
If the app works today, keep the browser link anyway. A browser fallback is useful when Android updates, storage fills up, or an app build is replaced. The goal is not to force app use; the goal is reliable account access on the device you actually use.
If you are low on storage, clear old downloads and duplicate media before installing. Do not delete account-related chat history, because the support thread contains the link and setup context you may need later.
